JOSEPH ROM
Joseph Rom, 84, of Ely, died Monday, Dec. 21, 1987 in Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital. He was a lifelong resident of Ely. He was a retired miner and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the VFW and Moose Lodge in Ely. He was preceded in death by his wife, Saima. Surviving are three brothers, Casper, Frank and William, all of Ely; and two sisters, Emma Moravitz of Ely and Dorothy Boal of Norwalk, California.
