MOREHEAD — Olin Skaggs, 64, of Romulus, Mich., formerly of Morehead, a former employee of Great Lakes Steel Co. for 40 years and a World War II veteran, husband of Thelma Jean Stevens Skaggs, died Wednesday at University Hospital in Ann Arbor, Mich. Services 11 a.m. Sunday at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals. Visitation after 6 p.m. today.
